- Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements from all departments
- Drafting and updating documents such as job descriptions, job adverts and other HR recruitment related documents.
- Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and online job advertisements.
- Driving university engagement related initiatives.
- Screening candidates, arranging phone interviews and coordinating interviews of related departments.
- Conducting background verification’s of the selected candidates
- Issuing Letter of Employment to the selected candidates
- Conducting the orientation program and onboarding new employees
- Collating the training needs and coordinating training sessions of relevant departments.
