Manager – Administration & Management Information


  • Ensure operational excellence of administration functions to end users which includes procurement, insurance, shipping and travel
  •  Provide approval for procurements of items and services for the Sri Lankan operations
  • Identify and implement potential process improvements
  • Formulate budgets for company including Departmental budgets.
  • Provide management reports within the defined period to relevant stakeholders covering the financial performance and resource utilization of all Departments
  • Monitor the Expenditure of the Sri Lankan operation and ensure any inconsistencies are identified
  • Ensure the accurate tracking and reporting of business program fund utilization and publish monthly reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Present reports for ad-hoc requirements of senior management
  • Formulate and drive implementation of the Balanced Scorecard for the company
